My go-to gut healthy smoothie! Packed full of healthy fats, fibre, probiotics and antioxidants…All of these are vital components of a healthy gut and well-balanced microbiome. This smoothie also makes a great breakfast for on the go!

Blueberry smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 cup kefir
1 Tbsp chia seed
1 tsp peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1 cup frozen blueberries 

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and combine
