Hi, I’m Labrini!
Registered Associate Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach.

    The course is completely self-paced so you can work through the lessons in your own time and at a pace that works for you. The watch time for all the video lessons is around 3.5 hours in total, and how much time you choose to dedicate to the supporting materials and exercises is entirely up to you!
